You will be responsible for:
- Greeting and guiding employees as well as guests with a positive, helpful attitude;
- Answering all incoming phone calls and providing information when needed;
- Ensuring security by following procedures and controlling access;
- Providing administrative support for company employees, guests and customers;
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties as needed.
To be the best match you will need:
- Experience in customer service or a related field;
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken);
- Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
